Breakfast and Lunch in Hellertown, PA
Allie's Specialties serves breakfast and lunch every day we are open, cooked to order rather than sitting under a lamp. The bread is ours, the pastry is ours, and the coffee comes from the same counter. It is a short menu on purpose, so everything on it is made properly.
Breakfast Made to Order
Breakfast is pancakes made to order, a thick cut bacon and egg sandwich, avocado toast and a granola bowl. There is honey toast if you want something simple with your coffee. Plates go out as they are made, so nothing sits.
Lunch and Focaccia Sandwiches
Lunch is built on our own focaccia. The smoked ham and pesto and the peppered turkey and pesto are the two we sell most, and the campfire PBJ has a following of its own. Sandwiches are pressed and cut to order and travel well if you are taking them back to the office.
Everything is built on bread we bake ourselves: ten grain, baguettes, brioche and sandwich loaves. If you want a loaf to take home as well, ask at the counter, because the bread goes quickly.

Serving Times
Breakfast and lunch are served through our opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Later in the afternoon the kitchen starts to run out of the made to order items, so the earlier you come, the fuller the menu.
